The refurbishment of this luxury residential apartment located in London’s vibrant South Bank has been completed. The refurbishment was carried out with Apex Contractors and included completely re-organising the flat to create a new two-bed roomed unit overlooking the entrance to Tate Modern.

We are pleased to have been appointed to submit a planning application for a new landmark residential development of 55 one, two and three bedroom units for the Commonwealth War Graves Commission in Maidenhead.

Student residential development - Newcastle (Feb 2010)
Orbit has submitted a planning application for a 230 self-contained student studio flats. The scheme will provide the city with much needed accommodation to cater for its increasing student population, overlooking the Tyne Valley.

Peter Harrison Lodge - Gilwell Park (Dec 09)
We have just completed the latest in the series of buildings for the Scout Association at Gilwell Park. The new lodge will provide the Scouts with over-night accommodation for 50 young persons and adults, providing high end ensuite dormitory facilities as well as seminar / conference facilities in the main dining / communal hall.
