Works have commenced on site for the fit-out of a new Yoga Studio as part of the expansion of Hot Bikram Yoga. The design incorporates modern facilities and will create a beautiful space to practice this popular activity.

Bedford Row, WC1 | May 2008
Orbit has submitted a planning application for the extension and refurbishment of a Georgian property within a conservation area. The works will incorporate a new staircase to make the floor plates more efficient and an upwards extension. Internally the refurbishment will create a modern working environment while respecting the character of the existing building.

Baxter Gate, Loughborough | May 2008
A presentation for invited representatives of the community has been held in Loughborough in advance of the design of a revised application for the site. The presentation was well attended and many views were expressed about the site, its uses and how the site should be developed. Orbit has been commissioned to develop detailed proposals for this large 40 acre site. One of the first steps was a public exhibition that was well attended by local residents, users of the site and other stakeholders.
