The Association of Accountancy Technicians embarked on an organisational restructuring and re-branding exercise in 2005, with the objective of delivering improved services to its existing members and facilitate growth. Appointed to deliver a new vision on this total workplace concept, and we have achieved a 20% reduction in floor space, whilst accommodating a larger, more agile workforce.

We work intuitively in a very collaborative way and the briefing process and design development have embraced this fully, with high levels of AAT staff involvement throughout. Change is a challenging aspect of life and this organisation, from the CEO down, have totally embraced this
