Torex

Torex decided to establish their new global HQ in Dunstable. Working with Corpra as project leaders, we were tasked with re-configuring & re-stacking the working floors whilst keeping the business fully functioning.

Torex were also in the process of rationalising their property portfolio. As a result, we were also involved in the production of numerous strategic move plans and in the creation of on-site swing space in order to prevent any delays to the construction works. Once these elements were handed over and the staff from various locations had moved in, we were then asked to review and re design their client focused areas on the Ground Floor.
