The Braccans, Bracknell

Originally built in the late 1980s, The Braccans was due for a full refurbishment to bring it back to the market. Orbit created a modern working environment while increasing the net lettable floor area to a total of 3,400 SqM and making the building work harder to allow greater sub-divisibility. The principle access was completely turned around and the facade renewed to rebrand the building and reduce CO2 emissions.
