Orbit have worked closely with the developer/owner to restore the glory of a locally listed late Victorian house in Barnes. The works include significant extensions which include more than doubling the existing basement to create a home gym, guest suite and home cinema. Orbit also had to work closely with a specialist car parking systems provider to create parking spaces in a very narrow new garage space which is less than 2.1m wide.
When complete the house will have 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, guest suite, family area, formal rooms and several home office rooms, arranged over 4,500 SqFt.
