An amazing transformation from a traditional mansion house flat into contemporary open plan living. By using the latest research into fire and means of escape from apartments, we were able to do away with a fire protected corridor which allowed the kitchen, living room and dining area to be fully open plan. Simple, yet effective fire protection measures have been introduced to protect the residents and property. Slick modern detailing and a simple palette of materials by designers Turner Pocock, create a comfortable and stylish design. Much focus has been placed on lighting and AV is seamlessly integrated. All systems are controlled by iPads making scene setting, entertainment and comfort levels really simple to control.
