An existing shopping centre located in St Albans, Herts. Orbit Architects has been appointed to carry out a variety of improvement and refurbishment works, including new restaurants, cafes and retail areas, reorganisation of existing back-of-house facilities to improve tenant stores, and extensions and alterations to enhance the centre's capital value.
