The Empire, Clarence Street, Kingston

Conversion of a former theatre, and Building of Townscape Merit into new office accommodation over two existing floors plus a new upper floor extension. The design makes sensitive use of the existing fabric with a contemporary glazed roof extension and high quality flexible office accommodation.
