Dragon Court, Covent Garden WC2

An existing office building located in the centre of London’s Covent Garden, Dragon Court required extensive refurbishment of an existing office building including the demolition of a number of smaller light industrial works adjacent and their subsequent amalgamation existing building to create a new series of Cat-A open plan office spaces at first, ground and basement levels. Works also include for the complete demolition and reinstallation of the existing reception area, sanitary cores and means of escape routes to enhance and improve the existing building, also resulting in a net floor area gain too. Existing external link bridges and structures were also removed to improve day-lighting to basement levels.
