Orbit Architects has been involved in various proposals for this existing development which currently consists of 600,000 SqFt of offices in 5 buildings. The first study involved looking at development opportunities within and around the site, including increasing office and A3 uses, a well being centre and day nursery, improved servicing and a small residential development. As a separate exercise proposals have been developed for refurbishing two of the atria including new DDA compliant access arrangements and reception areas, enhanced security, improved appearance of the ground floor and upper levels and incorporation of A3 vendor opportunities.
