Enid Wood House, Bracknell

The existing building is located on the on High Street in the centre of Bracknell and from part of Bracknell Regeneration Town Centre Masterplan.
It was proposed to retain the floor plates of the building including structure and main cores, but to completely redesign the facades and to add to additional floors. The ground floor will comprise retail and 2 restaurants and the upper levels will house 1 to 4 bedroom flats all enjoying private balconies.
