Enid Wood House, Bracknell

The existing building is located on the on High Street in the centre of Bracknell and is within the Bracknell Regeneration Town Centre Masterplan.

It was proposed to retain the structure of the building but to completely redesign the facades and to add two additional floors, creating 120 apartments. The ground floor will comprise retail and 2 restaurants and the upper levels will house 1 to 4 bedroom flats all enjoying private balconies.
