Islamic Centre, Gilwell Park Chingford

The Muslim Scout Fellowship commissioned Orbit Architects to design an Islamic Centre at Gilwell Park, the Headquarters of the UK Scout Association. The small scale timber building respects its woodland setting and is in keeping with the other religious buildings nearby. It is a multi-functional building able to house exhibitions and Muslim activities.
