The Peter Harrison Lodge will be the third new overnight residential building located in or around the Branchet Field camping area. It will provide overnight accommodation for 60 people in two ‘self contained’ wings with a central communal facility containing a meeting hall and dining area served by a semi-commercial kitchen. Each wing of accommodation will provide bed spaces in a range of rooms, all with ensuite facilities. There will also be dedicated accessible bedrooms. The emphasis of the design will be on natural materials used in a sensitive way; providing good quality accommodation that is inherently durable and therefore easy and cost effective to manage and maintain.
