Orbit Architects has submitted a planning application for a residential development containing a mix of 126 town houses and apartments.

A sustainable and contemporary design will replace a vacant office building.

All apartments have amazing deep south or west facing balconies and two thirds of the flats will be dual aspect. Cars are secretly hidden on the site to create a communal courtyard at the heart of the development.
