Old Mutual Asset Managers

We started working with Old Mutual Asset Managers in April 2006, looking at their strategic space requirements & analysing the actual workings of the business through on site observation and detailed questionnaires. With the client being a key member of the project team, we have worked up a scheme for the main office space that allows the staff to interact with much more fluidity.

Vastly under-used, we have transformed the space by adding sail structures at high level in order to reduce solar glare and soften acoustic reverberation. In addition, the space is united at ground level by zoning areas through soft furniture & flooring choices.
