Orbit have been chosen to work on an extensive reconfiguration and refurbishment of a 4-bed mews house. The project is a complete bespoke product that will provide the client with a house like no other. The reconfiguration involves the re-location of the staircase to create a glass open plan centerpiece running the entire height of the building. Natural light is a key theme and large rooflights bring light into the double height space carved into the rear of the property. At the top floor the extension of the rear and front mansard roof will provide accommodation for the master bedroom and en-suite. The project is due to complete in 2012.
