The design includes 100 residential units, a 3-star hotel, along with retail and office space. The comprehensive extension and redevelopment of an existing 60s office building, to the south of Sutton town centre, creates a stunning landmark development rising up to 20 storeys and crowned with a double height ‘roof-top’ restaurant. The building betters Mayoral renewable energy targets and will provide 17% of its energy requirement through on-site renewable sources.
