Claudio Pulze is one of London’s most influential and prolific restaurateurs; having opened more than 35 restaurants, many of which have showcased the talents of – Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing and Jason Atherton, to name but a few. The fit out of this particular venue will be based on the vernacular local pub, but brought right up to date with timber, ceramic tiling and bare brick walls mixed with stainless steel, leather and statement light fittings. The restaurant will have a mix of casual and formal seating as well as an excellent view of the kitchen and a private dining area for that high end business lunch or raucous birthday party.
