This project proves our ability to deliver exceptional schemes in sensitive locations with tight operational requirements and budgets. The project is next to a Grade II listed Woolwich Town Hall and within a newly developing civic quarter. The project will deliver 126 bedrooms for Travelodge and 800 SqM of prime retail space. The design is relentlessly contemporary yet fits perfectly within its historical context and the internal arrangement optimises the schemes ability to be delivered using a variety of pre-fabricated off site manufactured building systems.
