Previously David was an associate for a major London practice where he worked on many projects including student accommodation, office refurbishments and major programmes for the Metropolitan Police.

Since forming the practice with the other Directors, David has been responsible for the procurement of a conversion and extension of an existing building in a conservation area to create 20 flats, including new entrances and amenity areas. He has also delivered projects for the Metropolitan Police and is working on residential projects for a major charity.

David has a thorough understanding of the procurement process, and how to add value through effective and consistent detailed information. He also recognises the importance of detailed coordination of structure and services at the outset of a project and how this improves deliverability and quality of the finished product.
