Prior to forming Orbit, Philip was a Director with a major London practice where he had been involved in a wide variety of commercial developments including new build and refurbishment of offices, occupier fit-out, residential developments, student accommodation and research facilities for universities.

He has applied his knowledge and expertise to all projects at Orbit and has been involved in planning applications for several large scale residential developments, a large student village development in the east midlands and retail developments associated with shopping centres in London and Slough. In addition to this he has recently completed a high quality fit out for a client in Mayfair and is leading the development of a large mixed use development including 100 residential units, commercial space and a hotel in Sutton. Philip takes the lead in client liaison, has exceptional managerial skills, and is committed to ensuring that clients aspirations are met through effective communication both internally within the practice and between Orbit and the outside world, including clients, agents, and all the other stakeholders involved in the construction industry.
