Sensitively designed mix use scheme in the heart of Windsor

The design of 32 Peascod Street is for a new cluster of residential units. A new first floor external roof courtyard area replaces a redundant commercial space located over a live trading retail unit. To the rear of the site, five new mews houses are also proposed with top floor living rooms and terrace areas looking out over Windsor with further private gardens to the rear.

The elegant design was shortlisted for a Housing Design Award and recognised as one of the best schemes in the area.
